In achieving its goals, NAE relies on the expertise and active participation of its members. NAE nurtures a team of Young Engineers as members, with the aim to engage with emerging talent, to include their valuable perspectives, and to be open to novel innovation domains and approaches. Young Engineers are committed to making impact within the NAE context by their active participation in Forum, Pivot and Advice.
NAE Young Engineers
Young Engineers become NAE members for a fixed term of 5 years. Young Engineers have completed their training relevant to the field of activity of the NAE less than 10 years before appointment. Young Engineers are ‘cross-thinkers’ and active, enthusiastic and visible innovation leaders who brought about or helped to bring about successful innovations. They bring unconventional and even transverse views of the knowledge and innovation approaches. In this way they have successfully realised or co-created highly innovative or designing or constructing solutions.
